For today, I wanted to share with you “Ain’t No Sunshine“, a splendid cover of Bill Withers‘ timeless hit, reinterpreted here in a beautiful & ultra groovy Island Soul Jazz way by the Dominican Diva Ophélia Olivaccé-Marie, taken from her only live album recorded in 1981 in Paris at the Theatre de la Renaissance concert hall.

For today, I wanted to share with you “Caramba“, a storming Tropical Cadence Latin track, recorded in the 70s by the Haitian band “Les Masterful d’Haiti” and only available on a compilation released on the legendary Guadeloupean record label “Disques Debs” (French West Indies).

Leaded by the composer & musician Pierre François Belony, the band included many great artists such as :

For today, I wanted to share with you “Beliaw“, a deep sublime Cosmic Island Jazz Soul Modal track with Tropical Cadence flavors & crazy synth parts, taken from the only LP  released by the band “The Melting Pot” from Barbados, self-recorded in Martinique (French West Indies) in 1987 at the legendary “Hibiscus” recording studio.
