Following to this former post, I wanted to share with you for today “Avi Yaman Houe“, an irresistible catchy dance floor winner syncopated Afro Funk Sato track with killer horns recorded in the 70s on the famous “L. A. Aux Ecoutes” label by the legendary Beninese musician Honore Avolonto, who used to be part of mythical bands from that country such as the almighty “Orchestre Poly-Rythmo de Cotonou” or “Orchestre Black Santiago” – Enjoy !

Following to that former post, I wanted to share with you for today “Dadje Von O Von Non“, a killer tropical Afro Funk track with Latin flavours recorded in 1983 by the legendary musician GnonnanGnonnas PedroSossou Pierre Kouassivi.

There are actually 2 other versions of that song, one recorded in the 60s & another in the 70s, but that one is definitely my favorite – Instant dancefloor burner here, enjoy !

For today, I wanted to share with you “E Nan Mian Nuku“, an outstanding Afro Soul Folk ballad with funky elements recorded in the late 60s by the Beninese legendary musician Theophile Do Rego, better known as “El Rego“.

This is one of the very first recordings of the famous Albarika Store local record label, originally founded as a record store in Porto Novo (Benin) by Adissa Seidou in the early 60s – Enjoy !
