For today, I wanted to share with you “Aiha Ni Kpe We“, a devastating powerful Afrobeat Funk Soul track with crazy horn & organ parts, taken from one of my favorite albums of the band, recorded in 1978 at the mythical EMI Studios in Lagos (Nigeria), with the help of the legendary sound engineer Monday Oki, and released in Benin on the famous local record label “Albarika Store” – Enjoy !

For today, I wanted to share with you “Zedaga“, an obscure killer Electronic Afro Funk Boogie track with killer Synth & drum machines breaks, taken from an ultra rare LP localy recorded by the Beninese composer & musician Akoha Ambroise apparently in the early 90s, and that never had a proper commercial release, out only at the time as a test press in the early 90s – Enjoy !

For today, I wanted to share with you “A O O Ida“, a breezing Afro Funk Soul track with catchy horns & organ parts & raw grunts a la James Brown, recorded in the 70s by the all mighty Poly Rythmo de Cotonou Orchestra (composed by Yehouessi Leopold, drummer of the band), and out as a single that was part of a series of 8 on the very well known Ivorian record label Badmos – Enjoy !
